The High Court of Karnataka is concluding its official application window today for the recruitment of Second Division Assistants (SDA) across its principal bench in Bengaluru and circuit benches in Dharwad and Kalaburagi, according to an employment notification reported by Careerindia.
The recruitment drive offers 20 vacant clerical positions under the High Court Establishment service rules, providing qualified candidates with a competitive state pay scale ranging between ₹21,400 and ₹42,000, along with standard house rent allowance and civil service entitlements. Eligible applicants must possess a recognized degree in science, arts, commerce, or equivalent from an accredited university, along with certified computer proficiency.
The selection process comprises a preliminary objective written examination evaluating general knowledge, legal aptitude, and language proficiency, followed by an operational computer typing speed test and a final personal interview. Candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) and persons with disabilities are entitled to age relaxation under Karnataka state civil service norms.
Recruitment officials reminded registered applicants to complete their online application submissions and fee payments on the High Court’s official portal before the midnight deadline, noting that incomplete applications without verified educational certificates will be rejected during preliminary screening.
