Nebraska men’s golf returned to competition this weekend at the Blessings Collegiate Invitational, a 54‑hole, 17‑team event held at Blessings Country Club in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The field featured 49 golfers from schools including UNCG, North Texas, Southern Miss, Kansas State, Little Rock, Middle Tennessee State, Oral Roberts and host Arkansas.
Arkansas finished as runaway winner, posting a collective 6‑under‑par score. Nebraska’s squad, guided by Benge’s leadership, delivered a respectable team showing, though the Huskers did not challenge the host for the top spot.
