Vice‑President C.P. Radhakrishnan is scheduled to travel to Tamil Nadu on September 21, where he will take part in a conference in Coonoor.
The event celebrates the centenary of the United Planters' Association of South India Tea Research Foundation (UPASI TRF), an institution whose origins date back to October 1926 and that serves as a principal research hub for South India’s tea industry.
