Police officials said on Friday that a Surat-based textile trader, who had just returned from Dubai, was allegedly robbed at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai.
According to the report, the suspect(s) took approximately 1.5 kg of gold valued at roughly Rs 1.95 crore, along with cash amounting to AED 1.28 lakh (about Rs 33.35 lakh).

The incident is being investigated by airport security and local police, who have not disclosed any arrests or identified the perpetrators at this stage.
