Bengaluru‑based startup Simple announced the Wave family scooter as a mass‑market alternative to its performance‑focused One models, with deliveries scheduled to begin on 25 September.
The Wave line includes four variants: the base Wave S with 2.2 kWh (110 km IDC) and 2.7 kWh (132 km) batteries; the mid‑tier Wave with a 3.7 kWh pack (171 km); and the top‑end Wave + equipped with a 5 kWh pack, claimed to achieve 243 km on a single charge, the longest range in its segment.

Relative to the One range, the Wave’s seat height is lowered by 5 mm to 775 mm and ground clearance is raised by 3 mm to 175 mm. Weight figures are 124.5 kg for the Wave S, 121 kg for the Wave, and 128 kg for the Wave +.
Pricing starts at Rs 1.10 lakh ex‑showroom in Bengaluru, with a detailed price list released by the company for reference.
