Sheraton Grand Bangalore Hotel at Brigade Gateway has announced a curated line‑up of Sunday brunches for September at its signature dining venue, Feast. The hotel will run four distinct themed experiences, each designed to showcase a different culinary tradition while offering a festive ambience for families and business guests alike.
The series begins on 13 September with “A Feast for Bappa,” a celebration of Maharashtra’s vibrant food heritage that will bring Pune, Mumbai, Konkan, Kolhapur and Vidarbha flavours to the brunch table. From 18 to 20 September, guests can travel to Italy through Chef Alessio’s “Taste of Italy,” featuring handmade pasta, antipasti, artisanal pizzas and live cooking stations. The final theme, “Wiesn Sunday,” arrives on 27 September, delivering a Bavarian harvest brunch inspired by Munich’s Oktoberfest, complete with pretzels, wheat‑based breads and rustic décor.

The Bappa brunch will spotlight home‑style Maharashtrian dishes, with the beloved modak positioned as the centerpiece dessert. Traditional items such as misal pav, vada pav, and Kolhapuri mutton curry will sit alongside regional sweets, offering a warm, pre‑festival gathering for families. The menu is designed to evoke the festive spirit of Ganesh Chaturthi while preserving authentic regional techniques.
Chef Alessio’s Italian offering promises an immersive experience, blending classic southern Italian recipes with contemporary twists. Live stations will let diners watch the preparation of fresh tagliatelle, stone‑baked pizzas and tiramisu, while a selection of regional wines and non‑alcoholic beverages complement the dishes. The three‑day window allows guests to explore a broad spectrum of Italy’s culinary landscape without leaving Bangalore.
The Bavarian harvest brunch will transform Feast’s dining room with blue‑and‑white motifs, alpine flowers and wooden tables reminiscent of a Munich beer garden. Guests can enjoy German specialties such as bratwurst, sauerkraut, pretzel bites and pumpkin‑spiced desserts, all served alongside European‑style brunch staples. The décor and menu aim to create a family‑friendly Oktoberfest atmosphere, complete with live grills and festive desserts.
