Dr Ashok Kumar Lahiri, Vice Chairman of NITI Aayog, Government of India, visited the Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) University in Bhubaneswar today.
The university was founded by noted educationist Dr. Achyuta Samanta. During the visit, Dr Lahiri was received by university officials and toured the campus.
