Indian Railways has announced 3,548 graduate-level vacancies under the NTPC–Graduate category across four posts, the Railway Recruitment Boards said Sunday. Goods Train Manager leads with 2,750 posts, followed by Senior Clerk Cum Typist (371), Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist (300) and Chief Commercial Cum Ticket Supervisor (127).
The Chief Commercial Cum Ticket Supervisor role offers Rs 35,400 basic pay (Level 6); the other three carry Rs 29,200 (Level 5). Applications opened October 8 and close November 6, with fee payment by November 8 and a correction window November 9–18. Applicants need a recognised degree and must be 18–33 as on January 1, 2027, with standard relaxations.
Selection involves two computer-based tests, document verification and a medical exam. The typing skill test is waived for the two clerical posts, though basic computer proficiency will be assessed after joining.
