LV Petroleum completed a series of strategic expansion transactions at the end of July, significantly broadening its operational footprint across the United States. The fuel and retail network finalized deals spanning four states, integrating new quick-service restaurant outlets alongside commercial travel infrastructure.
A major component of the regional rollout focused on expanding the Bojangles restaurant franchise across western markets. Through LV Petroleum's growth push, new Bojangles locations were added in Arizona and Nevada, boosting the company's food service capabilities and commercial presence in the Southwest.

Complementing its western restaurant push, LV Petroleum also expanded its food service portfolio in the Midwest. The company oversaw the opening of a new Sbarro outlet in Ohio, broadening its fast-casual dining options for travelers and local patrons.
In addition to expanding its restaurant footprint, LV Petroleum executed a major asset acquisition in Texas by acquiring a TA travel center facility. The deal secures a key commercial transport location in the state, expanding the company's travel center network along major regional travel and freight routes.
Together, the restaurant openings and travel center acquisition mark a coordinated multi-state push across Arizona, Nevada, Ohio, and Texas. The strategic moves reinforce LV Petroleum's dual emphasis on growing brand-name restaurant partnerships and securing high-volume commercial travel hubs.
