Netherlands head coach Xavi expressed satisfaction after his first four matches in charge, noting the squad's progress, cohesion and tactical discipline.
On Sunday the Dutch side defeated Serbia 2-1 in the Nations League, a result that lifted them to the top of Group A2 and gave them a strong chance of reaching the quarter‑finals in March.
Holding the group lead positions the Netherlands as a leading contender for the knockout stage, with upcoming fixtures set to determine the final quarter‑final lineup.
