Josue De Paula, the Los Angeles Dodgers' top prospect, notched his inaugural major‑league hit on Sunday with a 416‑foot home run off the Miami Marlins.
He had been added to the Dodgers roster just before the Marlins series, and while he had not yet logged a base hit, he reached base three times and impressed observers during his first two games.
