Bihar has been selected to host the India-New Zealand Under-20 Rugby Series, taking place at Rajgir from October 23-28. The tournament aims to showcase emerging Indian rugby talent while strengthening longstanding sporting relationships with New Zealand, which share a century-old partnership in the sport.
